Within the Marketing Team, you will be in charge of the software products and digital portfolio according to 3 main lines: Product Marketing: Assess competition to define Stäubli USPs (Unique selling propositions) to customers Define product value-based pricing by mapping value-add Create concepts and contents for sales tool argumentation and communication to customers Track customer satisfaction Product Innovation: Analyze market data and technology trends to identify new ideas and concepts for new product development Run innovation workshops with customers Define product business plan Manage new product introduction Manage product lifecycle (incl. end-of-life) Product Strategy: Analyze and monitor product portfolio Define and track product metrics and KPIs Monitor product portfolio profitability and prune accordingly Provide long and short-term forecasts Mobility: 20-30% of time Qualifications Degree: master’s degree with a technical dominance (Programing) ideally completed by Marketing studies Career Experience: minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position in an industrial field, ideally in automation and software products fields Expertise: Strong interest for computing and software Modern innovation processes (Design Thinking…) Familiar with IT tools Ability to work in project mode (incl. scrum) Foreign languages: fluent in English, French and/ or German as a plus Qualities: analytic skills, customer and result orientation, good communication skills, transversal management (federate, lead and work as a team) Additional Information Permanent contract, full time, attractive benefits Job based in Faverges (74), France or in Bayreuth (Germany)
