OUR PRODUCT TEAM AND POSITION

We are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our RELEX family. You will play the significant role of Product Manager in Space & Assortment product area. This area covers Micro Space (Planogram management and optimization), Macro Space (Floor Planning and optimization), as well as Clustering and Assortment solutions. Together we are building a world-class solution that empowers retailers to optimize their store space for better efficiency, reduced waste and increased sales and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for developing the shared technology platform for our Space and Assortment product area. You will drive the strategy and execution of core platform capabilities including infrastructure, integrations, observability, and information security to ensure scalability, performance, and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance developer efficiency, streamline release processes, and support global product localization and user management across the platform lifecycle.
To ensure close collaboration with the development teams, the preferred physical location is Helsinki.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role across multiple areas of our business. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategic direction for our technology platform, working closely with the broader Product and R&D teams.
  • Product Discovery: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, end users, and prospective customers to uncover business needs, identify opportunities for innovation, and validate the desirability and viability of new product features.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap for technology platform that aligns with company objectives and the overall product vision. Define impactful features and prioritize development based on clearly stated business value. Communicate actively product plans, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels to maintain alignment and secure buy-in.
  • Balance Technical and Business Aspects: Consider both technical and business perspectives in decision-making, leveraging your unique position to align these aspects effectively.
  • Collaborate Across Multiple Development Teams: Coordinate seamlessly with several development teams, fostering clear communication and alignment to drive cohesive execution across initiatives
  • Engage with Shared Services: Partner closely with the central platform team to adopt and integrate new capabilities, acting as a strategic customer by defining, prioritizing, and communicating requirements effectively.
  • Align with Principal Architect and Engineering Directors: Collaborate closely with senior technical leadership to ensure strategic alignment on architecture and product objectives, serving as an influential stakeholder throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert with a deep knowledge of our technology platform including associated workflows, value propositions, and key performance indicators. Champion the product internally and externally by supporting sales initiatives and engaging with potential partners.
