We are currently seeking a passionate Product Manager – Specialist in Design & Quality (D&Q) with a strong focus on Automotive Software & AI to drive our product vision and technology roadmap forward.

YOUR ROLE – FOCUSED ON AUTOMOTIVE & AI

As a Product Manager – Specialist D&Q, you will act as a key interface between product innovation, design excellence, and technical implementation within the automotive software domain. You will play a pivotal role in the strategic and functional evolution of FILAKS. PLUS, with a clear focus on AI-driven capabilities, intelligent process automation, and user-centric design.
With a deep understanding of the automotive business environment, you will bridge customer needs with technical possibilities – turning business processes into smart digital solutions enhanced by AI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable development specifications – especially for AI-enabled features and automated workflows
• Own the design and implementation of new functionalities in the areas of automotive digitization, intelligent automation, and predictive tools
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery of new product features
• Conduct quality assurance through manual and automated testing, including the use of AI-powered test and monitoring tools
• Monitor and assess software quality using key performance indicators and identify optimization opportunities
• Detect and manage quality issues; coordinate bug resolution with development
• Work cross-functionally with development, consulting, sales, and data science teams
• Support key account management by gathering structured feedback on AI-enabled functions
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of our DMS platform with a focus on predictive analytics, smart workflows, and digital assistants
