We’re working with an innovative and fast-growing tech-led organisation seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to help shape the future of their product strategy and market impact.

• Translate overarching business strategy into actionable product strategy.
• Gather and analyse feedback from customers, internal teams, compliance changes, and competitors to shape product direction.
• Define high-level product requirements, working closely with a Product Owner to bring clarity and context for development.
• Continuously prioritise and refine product roadmap based on business value, technical feasibility, and market opportunity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product planning, marketing alignment, delivery execution, and customer rollout.
• Support product marketing teams with positioning, differentiators, and messaging to drive acquisition and retention.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including launches, business planning, and go-to-market coordination.
• Balance technical, operational, and commercial perspectives when assessing product changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure alignment with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001).
