Job Description Role: Government Business – Cross Sell Manager Grade: M5 / M6 Location: Delhi / Mumbai Department: Government Business (SREM) Job Profile: The role is responsible for identifying, driving, and scaling cross-sell opportunities within the Government Business (GB) segment. The incumbent will work closely with GB Sales teams and Cross-Sell Product teams to run targeted campaigns, monitor conversions, and contribute to strengthening the GB cross-sell portfolio across retail asset and liability products. Key Responsibilities: Drive cross selling of Credit Cards, KDM Accounts, Kotak Cherry, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Loan against property (Individual) and Auto Loans through GB segment. Generate and track lending opportunities for GB entities in collaboration with the PSU Lending team. Guide and support the GB Sales team to generate Corporate Salary Account mandate leads and monitor their conversions. End-to-end ownership of lead generation, conversion tracking, revenue generation and database updation. Prepare and circulate regular MIS to stakeholders for performance visibility and decision-making. Plan, design, and execute monthly cross-sell conversion campaigns in coordination with product teams. Conduct monthly performance reviews with GB Sales teams and Cross-Sell product teams. Create and send product mailers highlighting key benefits and value propositions. Conduct product knowledge and cross-sell training sessions for GB Sales teams. Job Requirements 3–5 years of experience in managing cross-sell products with strong understanding of retail asset/liability offerings. Analytical Skills as the role involves data management and report generation. Creative thinking to design and run cross-sell campaigns. In addition, to send creative mailers with detailed product offerings. Collaborative approach for working with various stakeholders to understand the support requirement and its delivery. High drive for results and ability to closely monitor critical business parameters.
