REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in product with 2+ years shipping LLM apps or agents, including tool/function calling and RAG.
  • Proven PLG track record moving core metrics.
  • Strong technical fluency across AI app stacks, MCP or similar tool frameworks, webhooks and OAuth.
  • Product marketing chops: positioning, launch plans, narrative, demo storytelling.
  • Experience with automation and orchestration patterns.
  • Data-driven, experiment-oriented, excellent writing.
  • London based, comfortable working directly with founders and a tiny squad.
  • Comfortable “vibe coding” quick prototypes to validate ideas.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

Own our consumer AI products end to end:

  • Disco — a consumer-friendly way to discover and use AI tools via the MCP ecosystem.
  • StackChat — our LLM client that answers with citations and is evolving toward agentic execution.
  • Lead a small squad of 2–3 stellar engineers to build the best consumer tool layer and the best LLM client. Work directly with the founders, high ownership, high velocity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set product vision, strategy and roadmap for Disco and StackChat, define clear success metrics.
  • Drive PLG: activation, retention, referral, monetization. Ship weekly experiments.
  • Run user research on conversational and agent-builder use cases, turn insights into fast iterations.
  • Lead product marketing: positioning, launches, website copy, demos, templates and examples.
  • Build distribution loops: integrations directory, presets, shareable agents, SEO content.
  • Ensure a world-class LLM client and tool UX: context, citations, tool calling, safety and privacy.
  • Define analytics and experimentation stack. Report WAU, activation, D7/D30 retention, feature adoption.
  • Partner on pricing and packaging across consumer and prosumer tiers.
