  • What we're looking forWe're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:Personal ownership of a measurable product outcome, including having missed a target and being able to explain what you learned and changed.
  • Experience owning a growth, onboarding or payments metric in a regulated or high-friction environment.
  • Experience in CFDs, online trading, crypto, betting, lending, remittance or a similarly regulated sector.
  • A track record of developing junior Product Managers, with specific examples of how you've improved their capability.
  • Experience increasing a team's release and experimentation cadence from a relatively low starting point.
  • A genuine continuous discovery mindset, including regular direct conversations with customers.
  • Strong commercial understanding, including unit economics, cost per funded account, payment costs and payment mix.
  • The ability to influence Compliance, Finance, Commercial and Operations without relying on formal authority.
  • The ability to build product strategy from a blank sheet rather than simply working from an existing framework.
