Job Description
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between Product Management, Marketing & Sales? Do you thrive on creating structure, driving collaboration, and ensuring alignment across teams?
As a Product Manager in the Strategic Product Management Office, you will play a critical role in empowering our Product Management department to work seamlessly – within the department and with our stakeholders (especially Sales & Marketing). By driving key initiatives and improving processes, you’ll help ensure our strategies translate into impactful actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales or Project Management, preferably in a MedTech environment.
  • Familiarity with Product Management methodologies, Sales enablement strategies, and Sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication (Full professional proficiency in English, German is a plus).
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and asset management systems is a plus.
  • Talent in organization and structure, knack for strategic thinking and problem solving.
  • Assertive, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
