CUSTOMER Our customer is a leading Swedish AdTech company that empowers publishers and advertisers with state-of-the-art self-serve advertising platforms. Their mission is to make advertising more accessible, automated, and efficient through innovative technology. They serve globally recognized brands such as TripAdvisor, Bloomberg, The Washington Post, Opera, and Dow Jones, and are known for transparent monetization solutions and direct advertiser-publisher transactions. PROJECT The project is a white-label self-serve advertising platform designed to solve key challenges in digital advertising. It enables publishers to monetize their inventory efficiently and gives advertisers direct access to run campaigns without intermediaries. The environment features high-load systems, real-time integrations, and complex third-party connections with ad servers, CRMs, and payment providers. Job Description Own the competitive landscape view and perform deep market research to identify growth opportunities Develop strategic theses and conduct TAM/SAM analysis for product portfolio expansion Build detailed revenue opportunity and P&L models for new products or features Present market intelligence and strategic recommendations to executive leadership Conduct customer discovery through interviews, surveys, and usability tests Analyze user journeys and feature adoption using analytics tools Write clear Product Briefs, PRDs, and user stories Collaborate with BA, Designer, and Copywriter to groom and prioritize backlog Approve feature acceptance criteria before deployment Qualifications 4+ years in Product Management or Product Strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS or AdTech Proven experience in financial modeling and competitive analysis (Market Sizing/TAM) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills Upper-intermediate or higher English level Ability to work US time zone hours Will be a plus Experience with AI-driven AdTech solutions Background in high-load systems and real-time data processing Familiarity with ad server technologies Knowledge of CRM and payment provider integrations Experience in global-scale product launches Personal Profile Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills Comfortable balancing long-term vision with daily execution Skilled at translating market insights into actionable plans Confident communicator with executive stakeholders Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment
