THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the charge on visorPRO’s ongoing development. This is a hands-on, discovery-first role that’s perfect for someone with deep industry experience and a hunger to grow into product leadership.
You’ll report directly to our Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with designers, developers, and end users. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends user insight, product thinking, and continuous iteration.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own product discovery: Talk to users, understand pain points, validate ideas
• Shape product direction: Help prioritize what gets built and why
• Manage delivery: Work with our small, focused dev team to bring features to life
• Develop documentation: Capture workflows, write clear specs, and organize product knowledge
• Measure impact: Define success metrics and track whether we’re moving the needle
• Support go-to-market: Partner with the leadership and sales teams to make sure product and growth stay aligned
