Description

Support the end-to-end management of banking products, from design and implementation through to optimisation and ongoing maintenance.
Project manage product, fee and pricing change initiatives.
Work closely with Operations, Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to deliver product improvements.
Conduct product testing and support the successful implementation of system and product changes.
Analyse customer insights, competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
Provide product expertise and support across key strategic and business projects.
Manage internal product enquiries and support key external partnerships.
