What you'll be doing:

• Working directly with business units to find genuine product opportunities
• Building and prioritising roadmaps that connect local needs to the wider product strategy
• Prototyping skills, agents and experiences hands on with the platform
• Running practical discovery sessions using real work
• Defining success metrics and using evidence to decide what scales
• Leaving behind playbooks and patterns that make the next use case faster to ship

What we're looking for:

• Solid product management experience, from discovery through build, launch and iteration
• Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, prioritisation and success metrics
• Hands-on curiosity with AI products, workflow automation or low-code/no-code tools
• Understanding of how AI works in practice: retrieval, prompts, skills, agents, workflow logic, human oversight
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder skills, with the ability to explain AI opportunities and limitations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Grounding in responsible AI, privacy, data access and risk
