Improve the employee and manager experience, measured through adoption rates, usability scores, and qualitative feedback Build a clear, grounded product strategy that balances user needs, platform constraints, and business priorities Work setup: We aim for approximately 60% on-site presence at our office. Several years in product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS, HR experience is a plus Strong discovery skills: you know how to talk to users, map journeys, and validate ideas before building Real hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus not a necessity Familiar with AI/ML concepts and curious about how they apply in HR contexts You have worked with UX researchers and designers and know how to collaborate without stepping on toes You can bridge technical and business conversations, you translate between IT, HR, and leadership You make decisions based on data and evidence, not assumptions or politics The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
