KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • A deep understanding of the market landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in enterprise communication, with experience in UCaaS or related fields.
  • Experience as a B2B Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, Cloud, or Telco environments.
  • Expertise in building and scaling platform businesses, with a strong understanding of ecosystem dynamics and partner integrations.
  • Ability to guide agile product teams through the full lifecycle, from concept to launch, while balancing technical and business priorities.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to make informed decisions, set priorities, and evaluate success.
  • Skilled at bringing diverse teams together, sharing a clear vision, and aligning stakeholders across functions.
  • Committed to understanding and addressing customer pain points to create valuable, impactful solutions.

GOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with tools and techniques for customer engagement, monetization, and retention.
  • Experience working with global markets and creating scalable solutions for diverse audiences.
