Your Role: Tenable One product team is looking for a product manager to help us build a cloud-native security product with state-of-the-art architecture and cutting-edge technology. Your Opportunity: Own product end to end through the entire software development life cycle Prioritize critical aspects of our Tenable products (Cloud and on-prem) as required Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, develop, and deliver world-class cyber-exposure offerings Quantify success metrics for the team and establish attainable goals Communicate to executive leadership and provide visibility to team contributions Partner horizontally and vertically across the company to ensure alignment on strategy, deliverables, execution, and messaging Be an active participant in the execution of go-to-market, launch activities, and conferences Responsible for driving the product strategy through influence,motivation, and relationships across the organization May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time What You'll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related(or equivalent experience) 3-5 years Product Management experience is preferred Prior Cyber Security experience e.g. SOC analyst/lead, red team, pen tester, security consultant Platform architectures (PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS) , and experience with Web Services and Service-Oriented Architectures (REST APIs) Ability to drive the product strategy, influence stakeholders, motivate engineering, and deliver the product strategy through the entire software development lifecycle Willingness to step into projects, create user stories, groom the backlog, and keep the team laser-focused Strong experience with hybrid agile development Ability to lead with indirect authority, Master negotiation skill needed to effectively navigate across the organization.
