We serve small to midsize growers with powerful, easy-to-use tools for planning, growing, and selling their crops. Whether it’s tracking microgreens in a propagation house, generating an offer sheet from active inventory, or building a crop plan from growing templates, Tend helps farmers streamline operations and run more profitable, resilient businesses.
We’re currently in a beta launch phase, actively working with early users to refine, expand, and stabilize the platform. We’re looking for a mission-driven Product Manager who is excited to help bring this product to life—by identifying critical gaps, resolving friction points, and shipping features that deliver transformational value to farmers.

YOUR ROLE

As Product Manager, you’ll drive the development of key features and workflows across the Tend platform. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, the customer team, and early adopters to ensure we’re building the right product—one that solves real problems, is a joy to use, and supports the complex needs of modern farms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where user feedback is constant, priorities shift quickly, and the opportunity for impact is enormous.
