About the Role

As a Product Manager at Urban Rest, you'll take ownership of our internal systems - integrated systems and web-based tools - that power seamless guest and team experiences. Working closely with the Director of Technology and stakeholders across the business, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing a product roadmap that aligns with our broader business objectives and supports how we scale. This role goes beyond internal tooling - you’ll help design the future of hospitality. Urban Rest is rethinking the traditional hotel model, and you’ll be at the centre of that transformation. From booking to check-out, you’ll help shape the end-to-end guest journey across our fully digital, reception-less experience - no front desk, no queues, and no compromises.

It’s a hands-on position that blends product thinking with delivery execution. You’ll work directly with the business to understand and define requirements, translate them into clear and actionable user stories, and support the development process from planning through to release. You're someone who’s comfortable in the detail, brings structure to complexity, and is energised by improving the tools that underpin daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather, define and prioritise product requirements across our integrated systems and web-based platforms.
• Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to support efficient and effective development.
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities for system and process improvements that drive guest satisfaction and team productivity.
• Define success metrics for key initiatives, ensuring solutions are evaluated against business outcomes and user impact.
• Support delivery by coordinating cross-functional input, validating solutions, and contributing to change management and rollout planning.
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal systems, helping to ensure tools are embedded effectively and meet the evolving needs of the business.
