Job Objective To define and develop Trade products for IBG customers to cater for the increasing business requirements. Connection to BUs/SUs to address internal and external queries, alliance with stakeholders to achieve revenue target Principal Responsibilities To develop and commercialize Trade Finance focusing on Documentatory Trade or Supply Chain and Factoring products and services to meet business needs and contribute towards the overall GTS objectives. Oversee the country product deployment and utilization of corporate trade solutions from end to end. To contribute to development, formulation, and growth of GTS trade business in the region for the product development to different segment of customers that is fit for purpose. To coordinate internal and regional parties for roll-out of new products and existing product enhancements. Conduct on-going competitive analysis and in-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines. Ensure product offering is in line with regulation requirement and no operational risk. Leverage on both internal & external data to analysis and reporting of product performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, product planning, pricing, bundling and issue prioritization. To provide product training and consultation to customers, sales, implementation and RMs by preparing and delivering effective sales and implementation documents, presentations, proposals and Q&A. Job Dimensions Enhance existing products and develop new products according to customer requirements and market benchmark. Prioritize, manage and execute product initiatives with stakeholders to promote adoption to customers. Define the product’s strategy, business case, requirements, functional specifications review, operationalization, and commercialization of the capabilities. Support Sales/RMs for client engagement to convert opportunities into mandates. Work to establish strong working relationships with IBG and SU stakeholders through proactive communication manner. Achieve the assigned other tasks as required. Education and Relevant Experience University graduate with major in either Banking, Finance or Accounting. At least 6 years’ experience in Trade Finance or relevant field. Good understanding of local regulations and industry knowledge. Good business, financial planning and analytical skills. Effective communication and problem solving technique. Fluent English in written and oral.
