Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team and help build the future of logistics. In this role, you’ll lead the product vision, strategy and execution for a specific product area. You will engage with customers, write specs, sketch mockups, shepherd product execution, and define our roll-out strategy. Ultimately, you will be part of the journey in disrupting the logistics industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



    • Be a product evangelist, own and execute the product vision;

    • Work closely with engineers, designers, sales, marketing, customer team members to build and launch new product experiences;
    • Lead product go-to-market strategy, including positioning, documentation, and training;
    • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer usage data to uncover product insights;
    • Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog;
    • Engage with customers to understand their supply chain, business and needs, write specifications, sketch mockups, UI wireframes, shepherd product execution, and define our rollout strategy;
    • Confer with customers, vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding current and future customer needs and priorities as well as product and production specifications;
    • Write detailed specifications for engineering teams and establish sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization;
    • Analyze product specifications with engineering and QA teams on the execution of new features and to determine standards and reliability objectives of finished product;
    • Ensure that features are delivered on schedule and with high quality;
    • Test features and report bugs during the validation process;
    • Identify and resolve problems.
