Your role

As a product manager, you go beyond administration alone. You are responsible for the development and renewal of insurance products for road and water transport. You think ahead: what will be relevant in one to three years? And how does that translate into our products?

What you do in practice:

• You analyze figures and trends and translate them into concrete improvements.
• You take the lead in product development and innovation projects.
• You work closely with colleagues from Commercial, IT, and Actuarial, among others.
• You keep the portfolio healthy: return, quality, and market position.

And you don't do that alone at your desk. You engage in the conversation, gather input, and make decisions.

You take this with you

You have what it takes to lead projects and get people on board. You are curious and results-oriented. And furthermore:

• HBO+/WO level
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or a similar role
• Experience in managing return on investment and customer needs
• You can translate trends into actions and follow through to realization.
• Digital mindset: you use data and tools to work smarter
• Strong communication skills: from specialists to the Board of Directors
