Description
As a Product Manager, you’ll own early-stage product bets end-to-end — from discovering problems with NPs, physicians, and internal teams to designing clear UX flows and building scrappy MVPs using AI tools, Replit/Lovable, and GitHub. You’ll create simple marketing tools that help NPs grow their practices, test with real users, track results, and quickly decide whether to iterate or hand off to engineering. This role is ideal for someone who loves building, experimenting, and learning fast. Company Profile: Our client is a US-headquartered company founded in 2024 by healthcare professionals who understood firsthand the challenges nurse practitioners face in securing and managing collaborative physician relationships. Their platform simplifies this process with instant matching to verified physicians, transparent pricing, dedicated support, and a secure, compliant system. They operate the leading platform connecting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with collaborating physicians across the United States. Their service streamlines an often-complex process — enabling NPs to quickly, affordably, and confidently find the physician collaborators they need to meet state requirements and launch their practices. Through additional support in practice management, regulatory compliance, and growth strategy, they help NPs successfully build and scale independent clinics nationwide. As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a Product Manager in the Philippines with strong UI/UX instincts who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This person will take a hands-on role in shaping user experiences, guiding product direction, and stepping into leadership as the product team expands. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning end-to-end initiatives, from discovery and design to rapid prototyping and iteration, and is eager to help define the next phase of the company’s product vision. This opportunity is perfect for someone who likes to take ownership, is a self-starter, and prefers working in a laid-back environment where curiosity, initiative, and independent problem solving are highly valued. Duties and Responsibilities: Product Discovery •Interview NPs, physicians, and internal teams to uncover pain points and growth opportunities •Turn fuzzy ideas into clear product hypotheses and small testable scopes AI-Assisted MVP & Marketing App Building •Use Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Replit, Lovable, GitHub to build: o Internal tools and dashboards o Lightweight NP-facing apps o Marketing tools that help NPs attract, convert, and retain patients •Wire up simple integrations between systems (marketplace, CRM, billing, marketing tools) •Keep repos and docs clean so engineers can later refactor and scale UX / UI and Prototyping •Map user flows and edge cases for NPs, physicians, and staff •Create low- to mid-fidelity designs in Figma that match what you build •Run quick usability tests and iterate fast based on feedback Data and Decision-Making •Use SQL to answer your own questions (funnel drop-off, feature usage, churn, marketing app impact, etc.) •Add basic tracking/analytics to MVPs and report crisp learnings •Recommend go / no-go / next-iteration decisions based on data + user feedback Handoff and Collaboration •When something works, write clear specs and handoff docs for engineering •Work with the founder and team to prioritize the next wave of experiments, especially those that help NPs grow their practices
Responsibilities
The Product Manager will own early-stage product initiatives from discovery to design and MVP building. They will work closely with NPs and physicians to identify pain points and create effective solutions.
