Upstream is developing the next generation of AI-powered quality and cybersecurity platform for the Automotive industry. Upstream products protect millions of vehicles worldwide and help customers leverage their connected vehicle data to improve cyber resilience, safety, customer satisfaction and increase brand loyalty. Upstream is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Product Management team and focus on expanding Upstream’s AI platform to develop new use cases and applications for automakers, smart mobility vendors, insurance companies and additional new markets. As a Product Manager you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, reporting directly to Upstream's VP Product and work closely with a team of passionate Upstreamers. This role is full-time and is based in Herzliya, Israel, in a hybrid model. Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of customer and market needs Translate product strategy into product roadmap, detailed requirements and prototypes Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Work closely with the research, data analytics, data engineering, and data science departments to develop core detection capabilities Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources Drive product launches including working with Sales, CSMs, Marketing, R&D with prioritized features and corresponding justification Drive market and competitive analysis for their product Support developing the core positioning and messaging of the product Lead sales enablement activities on product positioning, messaging and new releases and developing sales tools and collateral Create a plan and engage with potential and existing customers to gather ongoing feedback and requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in the cyber security domain - a must Proven experience as a B2B Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise environment Experience managing complex products based on real-time and big-data processing Hands-on experience in managing data-driven analytics products, with a strong understanding of data platforms, analytics infrastructures, and AI-driven solutions — including the ability to shape and develop data management capabilities Solid technical background in software development for complex big data systems Strong can do approach and problem solving skills Great interpersonal skills Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good intuition for UX and design aesthetic Experience within the Automotive and Mobility industry - an advantage Upstream is an equal opportunity employer.
