HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

We are looking for a highly motivated and capable Product Manager to lead a newly created squad at Henry Schein One. You will help setup a highly effective squad with your partners from Product Design, Engineering and UX Research.
You will play a pivotal role in transforming the core user experience of our product, ensuring that every interaction a dental practice and its patients has with our software is seamless, intuitive, and delightful. By leading initiatives to improve UX and UI across the entire product, you will empower dental professionals to work more efficiently and deliver exceptional patient care.
Collaborating with other product teams and a dedicated design partner, you’ll shape a cohesive design system that scales across our entire product. You’ll establish design and UX standards that enhance both product quality and team delivery capabilities, directly improving the experience for thousands of dental practices globally.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU

Proven experience in delivering products with exceptional UX/UI, ideally B2B SaaS, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design and user experience enhancements.

  • A deep understanding of user-centred design principles, usability best practices, and modern design tools.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working closely with engineering, design, and research teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect designs.
  • A deep empathy for the experience of others, with a drive to identify and eliminate pain points and product flaws.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A relentless drive for innovation, always seeking new ways to enhance user experiences and push the boundaries of design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Proven organisational skills, caring for the fine details and managing stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and launch of highly complex projects.

    • Experience working with, or implementing, a well-structured design system is a bonus, but not essential.
