This is a true zero-to-one product initiative, and we’re looking for a Product Manager who is comfortable with ambiguity, skilled at customer discovery, and capable of turning complex operational needs into an actionable product roadmap. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers, end users and enterprise stakeholders to understand their workflows and challenges. Conduct interviews, field research, desk research and analysis. Synthesize insights to uncover pain points and unmet needs. Translate discovery insights into clear value propositions and user stories. Define user segments, core problems to solve, and critical workflows. Contribute to product vision, success metrics, and define the product roadmap. Develop user journeys, workflows, and concept designs for product capabilities. Collaborate with UX/UI to create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models. Write high-quality use cases with acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes. Produce comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for engineering. Collaborate with engineering during development to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with product goals. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product QA activities. Support testing, validation, and iteration with early adopters. Validate features with end users and refine them based on feedback and usage insights. Contribute to go-to-market preparation, documentation, and training materials. You’ll be designing a product with the potential for real-world impact. 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B software, ideally with 0→1 product exposure. Strong experience in customer discovery, workflow analysis, and requirements definition. Ability to structure complex operational needs into actionable specifications. Skilled at writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product documentation. Good understanding of UX principles and collaborative product design. Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders, including government entities.
