QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering preferred).
  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in HVAC, manufacturing, or building ventilation systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, pricing strategy, and business case development.
  • Technical understanding of ventilation systems, indoor air quality, and HVAC equipment controls offerings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and product management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for site visits, training, and industry events.
