Responsibilities:

- Turn Complexity into Clarity: Break down complex problems into discrete phases & clear requirements that deliver value to clients and the business incrementally.
- Make Informed, Tough Decisions: Confidently navigate ambiguity and prioritize impactful initiatives, making difficult decisions with limited information and aligning teams toward shared goals.
- Champion Collaboration: Facilitate prompt, seamless collaboration with your team to create a user-centered, intuitive experience. Balance user-focused design with business objectives, ensuring every product release aligns with Vetster’s vision.
- Lead Development Cycles: Manage cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, keeping everyone aligned and on track to meet milestones and deliver exceptional products.
- Foster Innovation and Strategy: Drive product reviews, gather insights from product analytics, and lead strategy sessions to encourage innovation and advance user-centered design.
- Conduct User Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and spot opportunities for feature enhancements and new product areas that address real user needs.
- Advocate for Users: Champion the voice of the user, continually incorporating feedback to ensure products meet real needs and create value.
- Set and Measure Objectives: Establish measurable objectives through clear OKRs, aligning your work with key goals and company metrics.
