Build and communicate a compelling product vision for the future direction of the services owned. Complet independence in making product roadmap decisions. Directly responsible for delivering business outcomes and delivers high quality results on schedule. Define, monitor and communicate business and technical KPIs/ criteria. Detail remediation plan in case of under-performance. Consistently ship high-quality services and master the balance between differentiation and risk. Role model for great UX, customer-centric scoping, and execution.
