We are looking for a Product Manager at our Walker Office in Oakville, ON location.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in chemical industry.
- Education: 2-3 year college diploma or equivalent education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- License: A valid G Registration Ontario driver’s license.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be…
- Developing marketing strategies to deploy from concept to execution.
- Testing functionality, performance, appeal among other product features and evaluating projects using relevant KPIs within and with customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing strategies and gathering data on new product ideas. Coordinating new product launch processes to current and prospective customers.
- Supporting new product introductions, transfers, and withdrawals.
- Crafting overall strategies for new products from pricing, advertising, and launching marketing and commercialization plans.
- Maintaining product and market knowledge. Analyses and keeping abreast of market trends. Creating new product development strategies based on the market.
- Monitoring effectiveness of marketing campaigns and proactively adjusts based on the results and the market and consumer behaviour.
- Determining brand building and strategies. Coordinating the development and execution of marketing elements.
- Providing feedback and coordinating with R&D team to assist in determining what changes or new products would best meet customers’ requirements and specifications
