• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support product lifecycle—from ideation to market.
• Test product functionality and appeal, using KPIs and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate successful new product launches.
• Support the introduction, transfer, and withdrawal of products as needed.
• Shape go-to-market plans covering pricing, advertising, and promotion.
• Stay informed on market trends and translate insights into growth strategies.
• Monitoring effectiveness of marketing campaigns and proactively adjusts based on the results and the market and consumer behaviour.
• Determining brand building and strategies. Coordinating the development and execution of marketing elements.
• Provide feedback to R&D based on customer needs and market direction.
• Occasional travel locally and overnight through North America (15% of time) to meet with customers and will require a valid passport required for travel outside of Canada. Rarely travel will be necessary outside of North America
