REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant product role.
  • Knowledge and experience in Wealth Management, particularly retail savings, investment, and/or insurance products in the UK and/or Italy.
  • Comfortable navigating and adhering to strict regulatory requirements, such as KYC, AML, and financial reporting regulations like MIFID, CRS, and FATCA.
  • Proficient with technology, collaborating closely with Software Engineers and Designers to optimise customer experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, achieving desired business outcomes through influence and trust.
  • Hands-on experience in user research or collaboration with UX design teams to create intuitive digital interfaces.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilising data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Skilled in building and managing relationships with stakeholders, adapting communication styles as needed.
  • Ability to understand and manage complexity, making trade-offs to optimise outcomes for customers and the business.
Responsibilities

ROLE

  • You’ll join the Moneyfarm Product team and take ownership and responsibility for a part of our domain and platform, including the respective business KPIs.
  • You’ll work alongside an engineering lead and a dedicated team of software engineers in Moneyfarm’s Wealth team.
  • You’ll speak and collaborate with key stakeholders (including our customers) to prioritise what your team focuses its time on now, next and later in terms of development, support and maintenance of the wealth management products and capabilities.
  • Your time and focus will shift between the discovery track and delivery track of a dual-track product development process. On the discovery track, you’ll collaborate with your team and key stakeholders to generate and validate ideas for the team’s backlog. While on the delivery track, you’ll make sure your team has everything they need to successfully execute on those ideas.
  • You’ll own the relationship with key partners and service providers on whom we rely to operate our products and services.
  • You’ll collaborate with fellow Product Managers and key stakeholders on the product strategy.
  • You’ll ensure that all product decisions and initiatives align with Moneyfarm’s mission and vision, fostering a culture of integrity and customer-centricity in all aspects of product development and delivery
  • You’ll report to the Lead Product Manager responsible for CX and Wealth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define, plan, prioritise, and communicate the team’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and focusing on strategies that drive conversion optimisation and user engagement, adapting as needed.
  • Improve product management processes through trend analysis, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration for innovation and problem-solving, ensuring that all teams adhere to consistent UI/UX standards.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation, focusing on features and enhancements that improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
  • Mitigate technical and regulatory risks to ensure compliance, minimise disruptions, and maintain a consistent, user-friendly experience across platforms.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation to support internal teams and users.
  • Lead post-launch analysis and gather feedback for continuous product improvement, using insights to enhance conversion performance and UI/UX consistency.
  • Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies, guiding team priorities and tasks while advocating for conversion-focused features and design consistency.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of team progress and changes in priority.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making, prioritise initiatives, and refine strategies to maximise conversion and ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Ensure product adoption aligns with forecasts, optimising onboarding and engagement strategies to improve conversion and retention.
  • Engage with customers to understand and address their needs effectively, applying their feedback to improve UI/UX and conversion opportunities.
  • Uphold Moneyfarm’s core values in all aspects of product development and delivery, while ensuring a user-centric approach that enhances conversion optimisation and consistency across all teams.
