Our client is a leading crypto/ web3 company in Dubai. They are hiring a Product Manager to drive the execution of core product initiatives, reporting to the CMO and CTO. This role ensures seamless translation of product strategy into actionable timelines, high-quality delivery, and alignment across internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities Translate product vision into clear timelines, manage delivery across five major products, and maintain a live roadmap with weekly updates. Drive day-to-day execution, align deliverables with internal teams and vendors, ensure QA coverage, and oversee launch readiness. Maintain consistent UX standards, review flows, flag issues early, and collaborate with consultants to refine user experiences. Provide visibility through live trackers, run team check-ins, and deliver weekly status updates to CMO and CTO. Deliver product walkthroughs, create internal documentation, and support go-to-market clarity with the CMO. Requirements 5+ years of exeprience in product management or operations experience in a fast-paced tech/fintech/crypto environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors. Ability to translate vision into actionable timelines with a strong UX sensibility and quality control standards. Excellent communication and reporting skills, comfortable managing multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
