This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Gurgaon JobType: full-time We are seeking a dynamic and execution-driven Product Manager with 2–6 years of experience to lead product initiatives within logistics and supply chain domains. The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with hands-on exposure to logistics operations, supply chain systems, and process optimization. You will play a critical role in building scalable, technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and performance across the value chain. Role Overview As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from problem discovery and roadmap planning to execution and performance tracking. You will work closely with engineering, operations, data, and business stakeholders to design and deliver products that address real-world logistics and supply chain challenges such as fulfillment optimization, inventory management, transportation efficiency, and last-mile delivery improvements. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate operational pain points into scalable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for logistics and supply chain products Identify operational inefficiencies across warehousing, transportation, procurement, and distribution workflows Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, PRDs, and user stories Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable systems Work with supply chain and operations teams to deeply understand process bottlenecks and user pain points Define KPIs such as fulfillment SLA, inventory turnover, order accuracy, cost per shipment, and OTIF metrics Use data and analytics to prioritize features and measure product impact Conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, and field observations Drive integrations with ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, and third-party logistics systems Continuously optimize product performance based on feedback and operational data Required Skills & Experience Product Management Expertise 2–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations-heavy environments Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Ability to prioritize effectively using data-driven decision-making frameworks Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership skills Logistics & Supply Chain Knowledge Understanding of core supply chain concepts: demand planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP, or order management systems Experience working on fulfillment, dispatch optimization, route planning, or last-mile delivery solutions is highly preferred Knowledge of logistics KPIs, cost optimization strategies, and operational SLAs Technical & Analytical Skills Comfort working with engineering teams on APIs, system integrations, and data platforms Strong analytical mindset with experience using SQL, dashboards, or analytics tools Ability to break down complex operational workflows into scalable product solutions What We’re Looking For A structured thinker who can balance strategy and execution Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Customer-centric approach with deep operational empathy
