This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 6 years Location: Pune JobType: full-time This position offers the opportunity to build new products from the ground up, work closely with product and technology teams, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and business functions—all with a strong B2C focus. It’s an end-to-end problem-solving role ideal for someone curious, analytical, and eager to create impact in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong logical thinking, interest in digital product ecosystems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. Key Responsibilities Product Development Ideate, propose, and support the entire product development lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, and feature rollout. Market Research Conduct research on customer needs, market behavior, and competitive landscape to guide product decisions. Data Analysis Analyze user behavior, feedback, and product metrics to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and feature ideas. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product solutions align with user expectations and business priorities. User Experience Testing Participate in UX testing, gather insights, and collaborate on enhancing product usability and user satisfaction. Documentation Assist in maintaining documentation such as feature specs, user stories, workflows, and product roadmaps. Project Management Support tracking timelines, prioritizing tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related fields preferred); MBA is an added advantage. Experience in the travel technology domain is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Genuine interest in technology, digital products, and product management practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
