QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or financial trading platforms.
• Strong knowledge of crypto exchanges, trading systems, market-making, and blockchain technologies (e.g., smart contracts, tokenomics, Web3).
• Proven experience delivering products from concept to launch with measurable success.
• Solid understanding of data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in analytics tools (SQL or similar is a plus).
• Excellent communication in Chinese and English, collaboration, and presentation skills.
