Xona is searching for a Product Manager to join us on our mission. As a member of this team, you’ll own our early customer programs, lead field trials and serve as the critical bridge between external users and internal engineering teams. You will both think deeply and act decisively to ensure that our customers succeed and that their feedback helps shape and scale the future of our product. The ideal candidate is a high-agency pathfinder, capable of operating at the speed of a modern startup. What You’ll Do Act as the primary technical point of contact for our early customers & users. You will own and manage early customer relationships, from initial onboarding to post-trial feedback. In parallel, you’ll develop repeatable processes, documentation, and tooling to scale customer consultations and ensure consistent, high-quality engagements. Lead hands-on product demonstrations and trials. You’ll lead field trials for our PNT services, working closely with customers to plan, execute, and evaluate trial success. This is a high-impact function, central to demonstrating and delivering real-world value to our earliest users. This role requires up to 20% travel. Serve as chief customer advocate. You’ll lead customer discovery and speak on behalf of our diverse user base, from precision agriculture to financial markets to defence. You’ll ensure that the “voice of the customer” is heard in internal discussions, translating real-world needs into actionable product and engineering requirements. Inform our product narrative. You’ll work with marketing and business development to craft compelling narratives around customer success and product capabilities. Gather intel to inform the broader product roadmap, so that Pulsar evolves with customer considerations in mind. Qualifications 3-5 years of product management or engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, tech or telecommunications, involving hands-on GNSS work. Technically fluent, with a strong understanding of GNSS, satellite navigation, and PNT technologies. Previous hands-on experience with receiver hardware, corrections services, navigation sensors, GIS, etc. is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the confidence to navigate unstructured environments and make decisions with incomplete information. The demonstrated ability to empathize and build strong relationships with customers & end users. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to rally support and build conviction around specific product initiatives across the organization. Diriger des démonstrations et essais produits pratiques. Vous conduirez des essais sur le terrain pour nos services PNT, en travaillant étroitement avec les clients pour planifier, exécuter et évaluer le succès des essais. Il s’agit d’une fonction à fort impact, essentielle pour démontrer et délivrer une valeur concrète à nos premiers utilisateurs. Ce rôle peut nécessiter jusqu’à 20 % de déplacements. À l’aise techniquement, avec une solide compréhension des technologies GNSS, de la navigation par satellite et du PNT. Une expérience préalable avec l’utilisation concrète des récepteurs GNSS, des services de corrections, des systèmes GIS, etc., est essentielle. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, avec la confiance nécessaire pour évoluer dans des environnements non structurés et prendre des décisions avec des informations partielles. Capacité démontrée à faire preuve d’empathie et à établir des relations solides avec les clients et utilisateurs. Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de créer de la conviction et du soutien autour d’initiatives produits spécifiques.
