Role Description
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development of our innovative products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a strong track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.

YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience working with JIRA or other agile project management tools.

• Define and prioritise product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop product roadmaps, product requirements, and release plans.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer pain points and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritise features based on business impact and customer feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to ensure our products remain innovative and relevant.
