We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate individual who is excited about building impactful products through data-driven insights. If you are a team player with a strong technical background in Product Management, we look forward to your application.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Product Owners, fostering an environment that encourages learning and growth through mentorship and coaching.
  • With a strong understanding of the product life cycles, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business value and customer feedback, balancing timeline priorities and quality requirements.
  • Develop and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is always up-to-date and reflects the latest priorities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and testers to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and drive product improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Facilitate maintenance of status quo products.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned and appropriate.
