This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Role Overview Coupang's Product Manager is responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. It’s a strategic role that involves setting the vision, roadmap, and features of a product. What You Will Do Own the Supplier Journey: Lead the product roadmap for the entire supplier lifecycle, from initial registration and verification to their first successful product listing and sale. Innovate the Supplier Hub: Conduct deep-dive research with Taiwanese suppliers to understand their unique needs and pain points. Translate these insights into a world-class, intuitive Supplier Hub that empowers them to manage their inventory, pricing, promotions, and performance seamlessly. Streamline Product Listing: Master the intricacies of how Taiwanese suppliers list products—from data formats and image requirements to local regulatory needs. Design and launch features that dramatically simplify and accelerate the product cataloging and time-to-live process. Drive Operational Efficiency: Partner closely with our Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to identify key bottlenecks. You will define, build, and enhance internal operations review tools and dashboards to monitor supplier performance, automate manual tasks, and improve overall efficiency at scale. Execute with Excellence: Write clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs), create user stories, and manage the product backlog. Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Be Data-Driven: Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your products. Use data to make informed decisions, iterate on features, and communicate the impact of your work to senior leadership. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, B2B SaaS, or a marketplace environment. Proven track record working on seller/supplier-facing products. Direct experience in retail onboarding, catalog management systems, or supplier platforms is a strong requirement. A deep understanding of the Taiwanese retail landscape and the specific challenges faced by local suppliers and merchants. You naturally gravitate towards process improvement and efficiency. You have experience building or using operational tools to diagnose problems and drive solutions. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. You are comfortable with data analysis and can use SQL, BI tools, or other methods to extract insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English. You can effectively articulate a product vision and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from local suppliers to global engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience working directly with Taiwanese merchants or in the local supply chain industry. Experience building internal tools for operations or business intelligence teams.
