Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Defining the vision (end goal, one year and beyond) and roadmap (how to achieve it, quarter-per-quarter) for the team. Working with the team to translate the team's needs into development requirements that drive impact for the business. Owning the ideation, post mortem, prioritization, backlog, customer feedback loop processes. Guiding new features, systems and services from inception to launch while keeping (internal) customers at the center of everything. Measuring and reporting the team’s progress and impact to the business in a transparent and effective way. This includes defining key business and services success metrics, tracking them, and improving upon them. Using data to inform team priorities and decision making. Being the advocate for the team’s customers and stakeholders and keeping the track, customers, stakeholders, and the wider business up-to-date with team progress. Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of Tech Product Management experience. Experience working with Agile development methodologies. Having the aim to provide our customers and partners with an outstanding experience. Proven experience of working effectively with and communicating to a diverse set of stakeholders. Be commercially aware and have a strategic mind, able to identify business opportunities and deliver against them. Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with the business at all levels. Be a highly motivated self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude. An analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by the ability to structure issues and analyze alternative solutions. Able to understand and formulate meaningful business metrics. Fluent in the English language both spoken and written.
