Description

REQUIREMENTS:

*
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer products, outdoor power equipment, or tools.
*
Strong track record of launching products into retail, e-commerce, and omni-channel markets.
*
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*
Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
*
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
*
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead and improve product lifecycle processes, from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation.

Develop product strategies, including business cases, technical requirements, and go-to-market plans.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to guide product development and positioning.
*
Partner with marketing to build and execute launch strategies, ensuring effective communication across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.
*
Support sales teams and customers through product education, training, and marketing collateral.
*
Oversee accessory development and ensure alignment with core product strategy.
*
Act as a product SME for communications, including product videos, influencer campaigns, and media reviews.
