Job Description As a Product Marketing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Marketing team to help execute go-to-market strategies that promote product awareness, engagement, and adoption. This role will be instrumental in driving QIMA’s product-led growth strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and the wider marketing organization to ensure the product’s success in the market. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will support the pre-launch phase by conducting market research and competitive intelligence to identify gaps and insights that will contribute to the product strategy. 2. You will also participate in promoting new features and products by supporting the planning and execution of upcoming launches across different channels. 3. Your role will also include supporting the creation of marketing materials such as blog articles, social media posts, product guides, and presentations to communicate the value of our products effectively. 4. Additionally, you will participate in the development of sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, product sheets, and FAQs, to empower the sales team with the necessary tools. 5. Lastly, you will monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications In order to succeed in this role, you should have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest in marketing strategies. Knowledge in product marketing and growth campaign manager Education & Experience You should study bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, or Communication fields You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English You should also have a passion for technology and a willingness to learn more about the supply chain industry. A basic understanding of AI principles and concepts is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment is also essential.
