We have over 1million products and 50 suppliers to manage who are continually adding and culling products, updating costs and specifications to their portfolio and we need to maintain them all on website and CRM system. You will require to develop and maintain close relations with our suppliers, obtain all key information such as images, costs, specifications and develop promotional activities.
You will be required to review all data for accuracy, check comparison websites to set the correct price point and margin ready for review by management. Once signed off you will launch all the product data onto the website and check thoroughly paying attention to image, price, features and specifications.
You will also be required to create product spreadsheets and update our internal CRM system for our support team. There are various checking processes required uploading and downloading information and checking for accuracy.
Communicating new suppliers’ information and new products to all staff in a timely manner is an important aspect of the role.
