This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of expert marketers who prioritise collaboration, innovation, personal growth, and a supportive team culture.
You’ll support marketing campaigns to promote accreditations, conferences, learning courses, premium memberships, and member renewal initiatives. Collaborating with colleagues across the Accreditations, Engagement, Events, and Learning & Development teams, you’ll gain insights into our audiences and products. While you don’t need hands-on experience in data analysis, you should be comfortable using data to inform decisions, understand its role in shaping marketing strategy, and apply insights to create targeted, effective campaigns across multiple channels.
As part of this role, you will also contribute to our telemarketing activities, working closely with our telemarketing team to align campaign messaging, track engagement, and optimise follow-up strategies to maximise conversions. You’ll help to ensure that marketing and telemarketing efforts are integrated, ensuring a seamless customer journey and data-driven decision-making.
