Trend Awareness: Stays up to date on style, commerce and digital trends and technologies to keep strategies relevant and effective.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in utilizing analytics tools and developing Adobe dashboards for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Tableau or other visualization platforms a plus.
Communication: Effective in communicating performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strategic Planning: Aptitude for developing measurement plans and KPIs to gauge the success of site optimizations and strategies.
Initiative: Motivated to research and monitor business performance in real time, identifying issues and opportunities as they occur.
Ownership: Strong desire and ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
