The Role We are looking for a Product Marketing & Client Engagement Manager to join the Visa Direct Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 6-10 years of experience in product marketing or related fields who wants to deepen expertise in a global, high-growth payments environment. You’ll manage client engagement activities, working with stakeholders across the organization to drive product adoption and usage. Reporting to a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in connecting product strategy to marketing execution, ensuring our solutions resonate with clients and deliver measurable impact. What You’ll Do Lead client engagement strategy, partnering closely with Product teams to strengthen relationships and deliver value. Own and execute client communications programs - including quarterly newsletters, product drop events, and client-product feedback sessions - ensuring consistent, relevant, and impactful engagement. Drive strategic initiatives focused on client data and insights, including segmentation, targeting, and development of priority account lists to inform engagement and growth strategies. Collaborate on go-to-market plans for product launches, aligning multiple teams to deliver seamless execution and client impact. Develop compelling product narratives and value propositions, creating messaging and content tailored to specific audiences and regions. Support global and regional teams with marketing materials and research, ensuring findings are shared effectively internally and externally. Champion innovation and adaptability, taking ownership of evolving priorities and strategic projects that enhance client experience and strengthen Visa Direct’s market position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • Experience in B2B product marketing, product management, or related roles • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders with diverse views • Strong project management skills with attention to detail • Proven ability to craft positioning, messaging, and content for B2B audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment across timezones Preferred Qualifications • Experience payments or fintech • Experience working in a matrixed organisation Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
