Description:

YOU HAVE PROBABLY NEVER HEARD OF US…

… and that is completely okay! What we can tell you is that more than two million users across the world are actively working with our software today. Our products exist in the enterprise workspace, and we have created solutions for companies like Maersk, UBS, and Deloitte.
In Omnidocs we create value for our clients by helping them improve their work in documents, creating, and implementing on-brand solutions that fuel productivity, embed compliance, and increase job happiness.
We are now looking for an individual with a structured and analytical mindset to bridge the gap between product and commercial – working closely with our Brand & Marketing manager and taking the role of being our first, dedicated Product Marketing Consultant.

Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in both shaping strategic direction and contributing to hands-on execution. Your goal is to work with the team to bring our products — and newly integrated solutions from acquisitions — successfully to market, aligning them with customer needs and fostering business growth.

Your primary areas of responsibility will include:

  • Shape marketing strategy: Develop and execute compelling go-to-market strategies for product launches, especially as we integrate new companies and solutions into our portfolio. Ensure strategic alignment across the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to optimize market positioning.
  • Lead product integration: Be the marketing champion in our buy and build strategy, ensuring newly acquired products are positioned effectively in the market and integrated seamlessly with existing offerings.
  • Drive content creation: Own the development of product marketing materials including website updates, sales collateral, case studies, and social media content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Customer and market insights: Leverage customer feedback and market data to inform product positioning and continuously refine our strategies. Be the voice of the customer within the company.
  • Optimize product performance: Track product success in the market using data-driven insights. Adjust tactics as necessary to maximize engagement, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on product launches, sales enablement, and overall market strategy.
  • Champion the role: Build and define the Product Marketing function, introducing best practices and processes that elevate the impact of product marketing within the company.

You are eager to learn and contribute to our evolving business landscape, collaborating to navigate our buy and build strategy. You’re enthusiastic about bringing new companies and solutions into our product portfolio and working with the team to integrate them in ways that enhance our offerings. You bring valuable experience and insight into B2B SaaS, including the opportunities and considerations involved in aligning companies and software solutions within a cohesive strategy.
This role offers a unique opportunity — our Product team is in its early stages, and as the first Product Marketing Consultant, you will partner with others to help shape the function and establish effective practices together.

You also have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a product marketing role, specifically in SaaS B2B environments.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions in the software space and integrating new products or companies.
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
