REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to legally work in Canada
  • Greatly Preferred: 4 years or more of product management experience in the medical device or equipment industry
  • Preferred: Experience leading, renewing and adding to an existing suite of hardware based products
  • Preferred: Experience in a cloud based device sales model
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, independent Product Marketing Director to join our growing team.
Experience in equipment sales of medical devices greatly preferred.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong understanding of the product marketing, product management and marketing communications, the ability to work across all facets of the company and the ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce and deliver marketing strategies for all Braebon’s products and services
  • Review, renew and class all existing and future product management programs
  • Review, renew and deliver prime marketing materials in web, social and other modalities
  • Generate annual trade show strategies, marketing campaigns and marketing outreach programs
  • Promote medical devices and equipment to healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Support existing North American and European distributors
  • Support and expand international distributors in South West Asia, North Africa (SWANA) and Europe
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key clients
  • Support and enable new distribution opportunities and channels in South America & Mexico
  • Develop requirements, protocols and procedures for country distribution channels
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and drive distributor & customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors
  • Report on Product Management activities to senior management
