We’re looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to position, promote, and champion our suite of case management products. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, author product messaging, and ensure our solutions resonate with key business audiences. You will play a pivotal role in driving adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Case IQ’s unique value proposition and continuously optimize positioning and messaging to our target segments as you learn from market feedback across audiences and industries
- Cultivate customer insights to build personas, customer journey maps, and lifecycle marketing strategies; manage Case IQ’s G2 and similar review site programs
- Serve as marketing’s product expert who knows the product roadmap, shares customer insights with Product, and takes point on sales enablement, feature release communications, and launches
- Collaborate with marketing peers to create awareness and interest in Case IQ, ensuring that marketing programs, campaigns, content, website pages, product information, keywords, etc. all hit the mark
- Lead sales enablement strategy and execution to equip our Sales team with a drumbeat of content, including pitch decks, product overviews, toolkits, guides, battlecards, videos, and product demo assets
- Evolve our email marketing and in-product touchpoints to drive initial product adoption, usage, value realization, retention, and expansion. Inform efforts with continuous analysis of product usage data
- Manage a customer advocacy program to fuel success stories, testimonials, case studies, and referrals
