Description

PRODUCT MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: Newcastle- Hybrid
Salary: £36,000 - depending on experience
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent - 37.5 hours per week
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team as a Go-to-Market Associate and play a key role in how our products are positioned, communicated, and launched. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to learn, make an impact, and build a strong foundation in product marketing.
You’ll support the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products. That means working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to bring our product stories to life—clearly, compellingly, and in the right place at the right time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and campaigns
  • Assisting in the creation of clear, compelling messaging and positioning frameworks
  • Developing sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, FAQs, and one-pagers
  • Conducting competitor and market research to inform product positioning
  • Analysing performance data to improve future product and campaign launches

We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset!

Experience and Knowledge you will need for the role:

  • Experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related field
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, SaaS, or tech environments is a plus
  • Some familiarity with content creation, campaign planning, or customer research
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce or Google Analytics would be advantageous

This role is a hybrid role largely working remotely with odd meetings with the team and occasional meetings in our head office in Milton Keynes a few times a year.
No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we’d love to learn more about you!
Personal Group is proud to be an inclusive employer and encourages applications from a diverse range of candidates. If you require reasonable adjustments to assist you with the application and/or recruitment processes, please contact our Recruitment Team.
