Company Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB The incumbent is required to support the Parfums Christian Dior Singapore product marketing team (tri-axe) to drive animations, events, and store activations, as well as to provide day-to-day administrative support. Job Description Campaign Activations • Assist the tri-axe product marketing team on planning campaigns, including ideation, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and discussion with internal stakeholders to ensure relevancy of activities planned. • Assist tri-axe product marketing team in execution of campaign activities including liaising with store managers and scheduling of trade event activities to ensure smooth flow of activities. • Assist on off-site event planning and execution. • Manage social calendar and assist with visual cropping and artwork creation. Administrative Support • Assist the team on monthly internal ordering of samples & gifts. • Assist the team on vendor creation, PO raising, quotation & invoice tracking. • Competitor monitoring of new launches. • Compile post-event / post-launch reports for monitoring of ROI for each activity. Qualifications • Internship duration: Jun/Jul - Dec 2026 on full time basis • Out-going personality, able to adapt to fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills both written and spoken • Proficient in English. Additional proficiency in Mandarin may be beneficial to support communication with stakeholders across the region. • Intermediate – advance skills in Microsoft excel/ Powerpoint and Adobe Photoshop/illustrator for edit of artworks Job Category: Product Management
