We’re on the hunt for a Product Marketing Lead. Are you passionate about translating products into clear, compelling customer experiences that drive understanding, engagement and trust? Do you thrive in shaping how products are positioned, communicated and brought to life across every touchpoint, not just campaigns? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you! As Product Marketing Lead, you’ll own how our products are positioned, communicated and experienced across every customer touchpoint, ensuring consistency, clarity and a seamless end to end customer journey. Working closely with product, CX, digital and creative teams, you’ll drive customer first communication across the full lifecycle. From product launches and messaging to continuously improving how customers understand and engage with our products across onboarding, servicing and retention, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, on brand experience. If you have the following: A relevant degree in marketing or business ±5 years’ experience in product marketing, brand or customer focused roles Strong understanding of go to market, customer journeys and communication strategy Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail We’d love to hear from you!
